Service fees, payment schedules, and applicable taxes are defined in signed project documents. Delayed payments may affect delivery timelines and support continuity.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Services and tools are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless explicit warranty commitments are included in a written contract.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, coWhile is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use or platform access.
